Meet Fred Erb, Associate Broker, REALTOR®

A long time resident of Centre County, former professor and Penn State alumnus, Fred Erb taught Business Ethics, Religious Studies, and Philosophy at Penn State and three other colleges and universities in Pennsylvania and New York before becoming a full-time real estate professional. Fred began his real estate career as a buyer specialist and now serves buyers and sellers in general real estate with emphasis on residential, investment, and new home sales.

Fred believes the search for a home conveys each person’s unique creativity. He envisions the home as the human habitat which binds together nature, culture, and imagination.

Fred is happily married and has three children. He and his family are active in community service and equestrian activities.
